Ways to give feedback

You can provide feedback to us in the following ways:

Concerned?
If you do have any concerns, we want to work with you, to resolve this. Our team will

  • Respond to you as quickly as we can, and within 10 working days from when you get in touch.
  • Stay in contact with you throughout the process and work to understand your concern and resolve this to the best of our ability.
  • If you are not happy with the outcome, you may wish to refer your complaint to our independent external dispute resolution scheme, Financial Services Complaints Ltd – a Financial Ombudsman Service (FSCL). FSCL’s service is free of charge for you.
