Jo joined Anglican Financial Care in 2004 and has over 20 years’ experience in superannuation administration and member services. She manages the Member Services team, supporting the team to provide clear, practical and helpful service to members, employers and advisers.
With a degree in education, Jo has a strong focus on making complex information easier to understand and helping members feel supported when making decisions about their retirement savings. Outside of work, Jo is involved in dog sports and enjoys training and competing with her dogs.
